  • 2. When you send a mail, please send the following details which will help our network doctors to have a better understanding of the patient’s condition and give their expert medical opinion.
    • - Chief complaints of the patient
    • - Recent medical reports of the patient (If available)
    • - Scan images like MRI, CT or X-ray (If available)
    • - Brief medical or surgical history of the patient
    You can scan the files, attach it with mail and send it to us at info@saigehealthcare.com. If the file size is very heavy then you can directly upload them on our website by using the following link. You can upload upto 2 GB of file size.

  • 3. Once we receive your mail and medical reports of the patient, we will show it to our network doctors in India and get a free no obligation opinion from them and cost of treatment from the hospital.
  • 4. We will send the doctors’ opinion and cost of treatment along with the inclusions and exclusions in the cost. We will also give you the details of the hospital , the location of the facility and doctor’s profile.
  • 5. Once you get this information, if you have more queries or concerns you can always get back to us. We will do our best to answer all your queries and address all your concerns so that you can make a more informed decision of choosing us to serve you and coming to India for medical treatment.
  • 6. What more, we can also arrange a direct telephone call or video call with the doctor so that you can get answers to all your medical queries and also know your doctor.
  • 7. Once you decide to come to India, you need to get a passport and Indian VISA. We will guide you and help you to get Indian VISA on priority basis.
  • 8. You need to book your flight tickets only after you get the VISA.
  • 9. Send the arrival details to us (scanned copies of the tickets) atleast a week in advance. This will help us in making all necessary arrangements for you like airport pick-up, appointment bookings etc.
  • 10. On the day of your arrival in India, our executive will come to the airport to pick you up. He will be taken to hospital directly where a private room would be booked for you in advance. All your admission formalities would be done in the comfort of your private room. You need not wait or stand in queue at the admission counters of our network hospitals.

    Note: One attendant can stay with the patient in the private room.
  • 11. Our executives would make courtesy visit when you are at the hospital just to make sure that you are comfortable and also they will keep your family up to date back home about your condition.
  • 12. After your medical treatment we will also help you in getting best deals for tourism, sight seeing, hotels, guest house etc during stay in India for recuperation.
  • 13. At the time of departure, we make sure that you have all the relevant documents, medical reports and hospitals bills.
  • 14. Once you go back home, we will help you to be in touch with your treating doctor over phone and e-mail so that there is continuity of care even after you reach home.
